500g flour (I use 1/2 spelt and 1/2 wholemeal)
6 tbsp water
Pepper & Veggie stock cube
Add butter to the flour and rub in until like fine breadcrumbs or stick it in your mixer. Add seasoning. Add water to mix until it comes together to form a ball. Roll out pastry ( not need to chill in fridge).
